Learning from home - Week of May 4th-8th

This week, in learning from home, we have all been busy with our activities.  Here is some of the work the students posted to myBlueprint. Many thanks to all of you for working so hard and an extra big  THANKS  to your family ...brothers and sisters, moms and dads, grandparents, and aunts and uncles, for stepping in and giving a hand when needed -AND for jumping right into some of our fun activities!  This is truly "working together"!

The Pigeon...
We made our own “Pigeon” who is trying to go out!!  We reminded the pigeon about what we need to do right now to stay healthy and safe...

Working on Math

Math challenge of the week...

It is great to see how you solved the problems!

Another activity this week was something our whole school was encouraged to do. We made big “W”s and placed them in our windows so people walking by our homes know we are Waverley friends.

And, another very special job was to make a picture or card for our moms to show her how much we appreciate her...

I hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather.  It is such a great way to start our weekend!  Enjoy yourselves and"Happy Mothers" Day!
